Join us for a book club in English for a chance to meet and engage in interesting discussion over a steaming cup of java. The club is geared towards connecting native English speakers in order to relax into stories and discussion naturally, without language barriers. We aim on reading for pleasure and will prepare suggested reads to start off and look forward to suggestions from the group in choosing our books.
More about the program
The group will be led by Lisa Marie Green, an American born proffessional Artist and long-term resident of Sweden with a passion for literature in her native tongue. Although fluent in Swedish, Green found that the pleasure of reading was just not the same in a foreign language and looks forward to sharing the comfort and relaxation that comes with reading in one's own laguage.
